Executive Assistant – Unimpresa S.p.A. – Construction Company
We are looking for an assistant with a good command of English for our headquarters in Nola (NA).
The role will handle reception, phone calls, and emails, in particular:
- Internal contact list management – updating and monitoring employee references, internal numbers, roles, and emails.
- External contact list management.
- Travel ticket purchasing management: procedures vary by purchase method (with or without credit card). Purchases without credit card use travel agencies; purchases with credit card include organizing the entire itinerary and payment directly by the secretariat.
- Fine management.
- Visa management for foreign countries.
- Protocol management (detailed procedures in the “UNIMPRESA SEGRETERIA PROTOCOLLI” operational files).
- New hire document management.
- Chamber of Commerce certificate requests.
- Outlook appointment management.
- Company PC management.
- SAL forwarding management.
- Management of PC, fax, printer, fire‑prevention faults, etc.
- Electronic archive (public folder) and paper archive management.
- Organization of training courses with external entities.
- Organization of periodic and pre‑employment medical visits.
Requirements:
- Experience in a secretarial role in corporate settings.
- Ability to work under stress and in dynamic contexts.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Clear diction and excellent personal presentation (front‑desk role).
- Knowledge and excellent use of PC (Office suite).
- Residence in Nola (NA) or nearby towns.
