Unimpresa is a three-generation journey: passion, craftsmanship, and enterprise. From the first works in Italy to the runways of Addis Abeba, every project is a bridge between present and future, where engineering becomes possibility.
Unimpresa S.p.A. is a construction company with a three-generation history: passion, expertise, and initiative in the service of major infrastructure. We design and build roads, airports, and civil works with advanced technologies, certified quality, and a focus on the environment and safety. Every site is a bridge between present and future, where engineering becomes mobility, connection, and development.

Public spaces were redeveloped as community gathering points: seating, planters, street furniture elements, and new arrangements for rest areas transformed squares and panoramic lookouts into true open-air “urban living rooms.” Attention to materials and details, in continuity with local tradition, made it possible to integrate the new project into the historic fabric, enhancing views, perspectives, and existing architecture.

Unimpresa S.p.A. is today the most mature expression of an entrepreneurial story that began in 1961 with the “Impresa di Costruzioni Rainone SNC,” founded by my father, Guido Rainone, and his brother Ciro, and developed over the years under the banner of continuity, solidity, and innovation in the construction sector.
km built
The construction of the viaduct on the Via Langhirano roundabout was a highly complex civil engineering intervention carried out while maintaining heavy traffic throughout all construction phases. The curved cast‑in‑place viaduct, without intermediate joints, required rigorous execution planning, with detailed work phases and maximum attention to safety and timelines. The schedule was met thanks to the team’s expertise, constant support from site supervision, and effective coordination with the client.
