As part of the broader development project of Interporto Sud Europa S.p.A., Unimpresa (through the RAICAL/COGER consortium) built an important commercial park with its connection network, transforming a former agricultural area into a new service hub able to engage with the territory and main flows. The intervention concerned internal roads and parking, as well as access roads and connections with nearby towns: earthworks and lime stabilization, sewer networks and stormwater disposal systems with treatment in oil‑separation tanks, up to the construction of large parking areas with grass pavers, tree plantings, paved internal roads, and signage.
