In the “Parco Talenti” Urban Program (Fineuropa S.p.A. / Municipality of Rome agreement), Unimpresa carried out for about eight years an urbanization intervention that contributed to the creation of the Rinascimento District and the improvement of the neighborhood road network. The project included the construction and redevelopment of roads and parking areas, the construction of sewer networks, and the installation of utilities (water, power, gas, telecommunications) through reinforced‑concrete service tunnels, as well as sections of cycle path: works designed to make the area more connected, functional, and livable.

A distinctive element of the project was the integrated management of interferences and archaeological investigations: during excavation phases, findings emerged (the perimeter walls of a Roman‑era villa), addressed with targeted surveys and protective works (backfilling, compaction, and a cast‑in‑place reinforced‑concrete slab) to safeguard the artifacts in an area subject to vehicular traffic.
