From May 2022 to April 2025, Unimpresa Branch is executing the second lot for the construction of the 68‑km road connecting Iteya–Robe Seru, with a total contract value of about €42 million. The program aims to contribute to the development of Ethiopia’s tourism sector by improving access to the country and to provide better and safer transport links for trade and commerce, stimulating the economy. The implemented routes will also provide improved access to the country’s mineral deposits, boosting Ethiopia’s extractive and mining sectors.
